Questions, Questions...

Why is John Cusack always in movies where he's standing in the rain?

Why is that man in a bear suit punching that lady?

Is that a real beer bottle Rowdy Roddy Piper is smashing into his forehead? (not for the faint of heart)

Why, after big-budget sophisticated renditions of these characters in the movie theaters, does this video still make my toes tingle?

His hair looks better in the rain.

Why is that man in a bear suit punching that lady?

Because he's a man in a bear suit.

    I hope not.

The mind boggles. Looks fun, though. I'll follow that up with a question of my own:

Why is the Hulk banging his head?

  2. According to wrestling historians, yes that was a real beer bottle. Piper was even crazier back then than he is today.

As for the Marvel float video, I can't say for you, but for me, it's the same as pulling out really old comics and letting myself get lost in them. It isn't as technically perfect, or as polished, but it makes the 7 year old comic fan in my heart start jumping up and down and cheering for the good guy who wins in the end.

Oh yeah, and John Cusack stands in the rain because the wet look is good for him. ;)
